i would URGE anyone renting a car from budget NOT TO a car was rented for me in Melbourne FULLY COMPREHENSIVE. hail damage cost me an excess of2800 dollars on top of original hire costs. THIS WAS NOT DISCLOSED AT TIME OF HIRE. and we were not told that we could have purchased extra ins. to cover this.BUT WHAT DO BUDGET RENTAL NOT UNDERSTAND ABOUT THE MEANING OF THE WORDING FULLY COMPREHENSIVE!!!!!!!!!! please give this company a wide berth and avoid at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
