Hertz castle Hill. Worst service ever. The person at the counter was rude, and errogant. Lost our booking. Refused to give us car. Told us he had no cars available even though his colleague told us that there were cars available. Eventually gave us a dirty car. Charged us double and made us clean the car on return. Even had the guts to charge me late return fee while we cleaned the car. I could not believe it. They take the credit car details and charge without even notifying you. Never go to Hertz Castle Hill.
